System Engineer
We are hiring system engineers to lead projects in the financial sector, including system maintenance, development, business expansion, and system upgrades. Initially, you will focus on maintaining and improving existing systems, with the opportunity to play a central role in large-scale system development and replacement projects. Working closely with project managers, you will lead teams to ensure quality, schedules, budgets, and scope are all met successfully.

Responsibilities
- Basic and detailed design based on requirements
- Identifying architectural issues and proposing improvements for existing systems
- Managing and supporting development teams, including offshore members
- Reviewing design and development deliverables

Required
- Applicants with any of the following experience:
- Experience as a leader in system development projects
- Experience in system implementation and development

Preferred
- Experience in the financial industry
- Understanding of system development processes
- System design and programming experience (e.g., Windows, AWS, React, .NET)
- Experience in global working environments
- Interest in flexible and adaptive working styles
