After graduating from university in India, Prathap began his career as a programmer and has since accumulated over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He played a key role in leading the development of a large-scale information-sharing system that connected more than 50 government agencies in India.

In 2005, he relocated to Japan and went on to work with major securities firms both in Japan and abroad. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 80 projects, gaining broad and diverse experience. He also contributed to the launch of an international online securities company as Head of IT.

Leveraging his extensive expertise, he founded findn, an IT consulting firm, with a vision to deliver highly attentive and customized services. Prathap has deep knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks, supporting clients across a wide range of areas, from launching new businesses to internal audits.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and uses his expertise in IT governance, risk management, and audit readiness to help organizations strengthen their internal controls and enhance compliance.
